From what i read, when they send PAL, it means you pass eligibility assessment. I might be right or wrong. My friend got PAL and 2 weeks later she got COPR.

I agree with you. In several days there are some candidates who got copr with pal at same day.

Yes, i have 1 GU before i got PAL. I just accidentally log into my account and saw the notification application/profile got update, no email then the next day i got PAL
