Why are they taking so long? I’ve been stuck on security for months now. One of my friends has been stuck on info sharing for months as well. Does anyone know why they are taking long to do the background check? And since RNIP finishes this month, does this mean all the applicants should be getting a reply before it ends?
My timeline:
Jan —> applied for PR
April —> Medical passed and biometrics completed
June —> received PAL

Has anyone applied for BOWP with RNIP AOR for expiring open work permits?

Once you have AOR you could apply do it before your visa expires. Even with proof that you submitted your application you can apply for your permit.

Feb 9 submitted, June 10 called every thing is finished. Currently waiting patiently.
