Today I have got AOR & Biometric Fee Request,

Can someone help please?, I have paid a fee and then followed instruction - Once completed, send the payment receipt via the IRCC Webform at the following link
but still I can not understand where and how attached receipt as in the field of the type of application I could not find RNIP

Is it 18th or 8 feb? I’ve been waiting since Feb 8.

Haven't submitted my ADR yet, but mostly I'll submit it by end of this week, and then let's see how long it takes for IRCC to get the final decision in

Sep 22, 2023 - AOR and biometrics letter
Sep 26, 2023 - Biometrics submitted
Dec 15, 2023 - Medical examination requested
Feb 06, 2024 - Medical examination passed and police certificate required
Feb 26, 2024 - We send the fingerprints and pictures to the Canadian embassy in our country to get the police document.

Still waiting for final decision.

Good for you. I got my application returned due to not providing my original birth certificate. I had to resubmit the new application today.
