I applied on 28th December 2023 outlander application
And applied work permit application in Feb 14 2024

No AOR anything else

I do not know why it's taking so long.
almost 6 months and did not received portal-1..
people got their PR in 6 months

you can't after December 23 the covid policy changed , I received this email from my Community this day. And the IRCC web page didn’t mentioned the Covid policy anymore.

“We were notified that IRCC has removed the COVID policy that allows RNIP applicants to apply for a work permit using proof of having submitted their Permanent Residence application. The applicants must now wait until they receive an acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) from IRCC before they can submit their RNIP temporary work permit application"

nothing. Ordered GCMS notes and found out that they have an issue with me working under family business/Company. they did not request anything yet.

Yes. City provided the recommendation for that reason.

My opinion
I think you should attach some bank statements or tax documents related to your accrued salary from your family business towards your personal account, that would most likely tip your PR application towards approval quicker
