Settling in Toronto instead montreal

I have granted a Canadian Immigration Visa through Quebec Province(investor program) and NOT from Federal, Now can you Kindly please answer my two Questions-:

1) Am I allowed to land and get into country through Toronto?
2) Am I allowed to settle down in Toronto instead of any Quebec City?

I request you to help me in this regard, so I can decide better option for myself.

Hi

1.I guess u have to land either in quebec..or if u land at any other Port of Entry, then you shud have evidence that u ll futher go to quebec.

2. You can settle in any province ..provided you can convince the authorities that you tried your level best to settle in quebec but cud not..though u still might face problems wen u want to apply for citizenship!

there are a lot of pros and cons...Good luck
