What are the other contents apart from the duties that are required in the service letter for the CHC.
I am to get the service letter from the company even before applying to CIC (Sydney) and fill the duties accordingly.
and when I hopefully get the CIC approval, I am planning to send this service letter to local CHC.
Do see any issues in doing this as the service letter would carry an old date in this case.
please let me know to whom the letter should be addressed to ?
I do not think this is an issue. CIO expects you to collect document in advance. I have collected all my letters in month of Oct and Nov 2009 and applied to CIO on 2nd Dec
No problem at all... Only thing at the time of application, submit a proof that you still continue with your employer. You can submit salary slip, bank account statement where your salary is being credited etc etc
