Serious advice needed help please!!!

I got Letter of acceptance from northern college for mobile application development jan 2020 intake course period is of one year and here i will learn mobile development for android and ios platform however i also have another choice of langara college may 2020 intake which one should i go for?

1. Verify that both colleges have the designated status
2. Do you have IELTS, Medicals, etc all ready to go or you need more time
3. Look for affordable housing & other facilities near both colleges, choose the one which is comfortable for you.
4. Consider climate, spring is good for getting used to the surroundings which is a bit difficult to do in winter.( My course was in 2013 Jan)

Planning is very important, if you plan accordingly then you know the answer!
