Northern College Admission refused help please!!!

I applied in northern college for mobile application development pg course and i am damn sure i obvoiusly meet all requirements still get send mail that admission cannot be granted.

Here is what they say:

Thank you for your interest in Northern College! This an important notice regarding your application for the following program:

PROGRAM: Mobile Application Development (B300W)
TERM: Winter 2020
CAMPUS: Timmins Campus
START DATE: Friday, January 3, 2020

After careful review of your application, we are unable to offer you admission to this program for the following reason:

Does not meet admission requirements.

My profile:
IELTS-7.0 L-7.5,R-6.5,W-6.0,S-7.5
MCA(Master of computer applications) 8.0 CGPA
6 months of experience as an mobile developer

You will struggle to get approved for a study permit since your progression of degrees must make sense. Have you worked? Do your qualify for express entry?

Masters to PG? Trust me, you will struggle to get a visa even if you get admitted to school.

Actually there was issue with school they got wrong document of my 12th i rectified it and now i've received a LOA
I don't think visa will be a issue because i have 6 months of job experience into native android development and course chosen is mobile application development which teaches android as well as ios development which i didn't study in my masters program hence i can justify that in sop!!

Also still explain why you opt for PG cert and not phd. Put all that into writing

Yes, blatantly i will!! i have planned a long 2 page sop and think my visa process will be really smooth and i won't be facing any rejection because my inner instincts are saying that you will definitely go to canada!!
