I assume they should use the same medicals for the PR application.

Approval letter for SOWP states that you need medical if you work in healthcare or more than 6 months stay. Is this approval letter also medical request or will there be separate medical request?

We applied for my husband's PR sponsorship inland in Canada on October 1st, 2023. It has been around 17 months, and we are still waiting for a final decision. Does anyone else have the same situation? Based on the new processing time announced by IRCC in February 2025, do you think we will have to wait another 11 months?

Cbsa note pretty much tells you what is going on with your case file . It's obvious you are in comprehensive security but if you order cbsa note . It can shed light on your situation.

I am applying for the " Inland Canada spouse PR Application" for my wife.

What should we write in the Parent's
name in IMM 5406 (Family Information) and IMM 5669. (Background)


My wife passport has parents' names as "First and Last Name" (e.g, Dinesh Arora and Neeru Arora)


her parent's passport has Given Name as "First Middle and Last Name " (e.g, Dinesh Brijlal Arora and Neeruben Dinesh Arora)


Our marriage certificate also shows her father's name as "First Middle and Last Name "(e.g, Dinesh Brijlal Arora)


Her birth certificate shows her parent's names as " Dinesh Brijlal Arora and Neeruben"


while she came on a student visa she filled parents' information as per her passport "First and Last Name" (e.g, Dinesh Arora and Neeru Arora)

I am confused should I write as per her passport or as per her parents passport.
