Yes, but for the safe side, once you submit your Medical for work permit, you can submit the same document for PR application through Web form. I gave my medical in 2020 and I submitted the same documents/information for my PR application through Web form. I got reply from the IRCC within 4 days after submitting the Web form, and my medical in the application tracker showed status as completed after two days. Hope that helps.

I don’t think you get medical report. The report is sent directly to IRCC from the doctor. You get a receipt (a document showing your details, IME number and your photo). This is the document you send to Your PR application. If you want medical report, you may need to pay extra charges to the clinic. I don’t think that is necessary. IRCC only needs your IME number.

I have received the approval letter for my open work permit from IRCC. My question is: how long will it take for the physical document to be sent to my address? I would appreciate your opinion.

I have applied for inland spousal sponsorship and PA completed the 5406. The Sponsor who is a Canadian Citizen and PA have a child born in Canada. The officer returned the application saying that the form was not complete. Do we need to add the child who is 5 months old to the form?
