Finally, official emails for oath ceremony arrived for 24th March for my family. It’s virtually and that’s why it makes no sense when checking official oath day organized by Montreal office because those are ceremony in person. About to finish the journey! Good luck to others who are in September group waiting for oath.

do you get ghost update before citizenship oath scheduled? Any experience? Is ghost update a positive sign after LPP completion and waiting for Oath for seven months.

It's a group application of May 2024. All steps have been completed in September. ATIP notes say that Waiting for Group Members. All members have the same update. Not sure what's going on. But I had ghost update on March 13, was wondering if this is a positive sign?

Ghost update is normally a positive sign because it means someone accessed your file or some action was taken on your file. You will hear about your oath soon.

I had a virtual interview with Vancouver office on Feb 27 and got my LLP updated right after the interview. It only lasted for 5 mins. Just received my Oath ceremony for March 26. Tracker updated on March 14.
test came from Montreal.

They checked my passport and PR first and then asked basic questions like if I have a criminal record or had any issue with immigration. Asked about my work and if I have any travel plans. That’s it. It was pretty chill so need to to worry. Make sure you have all the documents with you when you start the interview. Passport, IDs,etc

Thank you for your response, I completed the Virtual Interview yesterday, I was not able to connect my Laptop camera, then I requested the Officer whether I can connect through my Phone, she said fine, Then the officer asked the same questions that you mentioned, But when I checked the Tracker today , nothing is updated , I am very stressed right now

No need to stress. Wait till Friday and if you don’t see any update then call the IRCC first thing Monday morning.
