They just mentioned I forgot to upload PCC for countries stayed over 183 days. But this 183 days before becoming PR. I had put yes and added this explanation in the details box.
Does not matter if before becoming a PR. If you stayed more than 183 days in 4 years prior to becoming PR, yo have to provide PCC.
E.g. You landed in Canada on COPR on 1 Jan 2021 and applied for Citizenship on 1 Jan 2024. You will have to provide PCC for the country you stayed in from 1 Jan 2020 to 31 Dec 2020.

I just went ahead and applied for US PCC. hopefully get in a week. No use in wasting time asking them and getting reply in 3 weeks. It was straightforward and took me couple hours to gather everything.

Hi It is the same case with us, we applied as group (family) and got the AOR on 15th Sep which was followed by an email by the application creation confirmation in system on 26th Sep 2024, but still can't able to create account with any of the UCI and Application #. Calling IRCC or sending Web form might not help us at all, as seen may applicants used them but not much help was received from IRCC. I guess, only way is to keep on trying and wait for further communication, as to my understanding irrespective of access or not, IRCC will certainly communicate through email to inform about any important updates.

Did you move to Canada from the US immediately after doing your landing or did you do something like flag poling and moved to Canada after 183 days? In my case, for example, we received PR in September 2018 but didn’t move to Canada until September 2021 which I understand means that we will need to submit new PCCs. Not sure if that situation applies to you. Anyways FBI has significantly fast tracked the clearance process and you should get yours in the next couple of weeks.
