You really can get a passport in 5 days with minimal stress, especially as you have time right now to arrange it so you just walk in and get it.
Just got the email for Oath. It is in-person on the 6th of March. It is mentioned in the email that I can only apply for canadian passport 2 days after oath. Which will be 8th and that is a Saturday. Passport canada is closed on Saturday. How do you think I can make this work? Thank you.

If this helps, I went in person to my local Service Canada. I did regular processing no rush, Jan 2nd (Thursday )and got it Jan 9th ( Thursday )
I am fine with rescheduling (even if its 6 months) as long as they do not ask me to start all over again. I am traveling to Europe for couple of weeks and have booked everything. Flights, hotels, planned vacation in office (me and wife both). It would be impossible to move this trip without incurring heavy losses. I am ok with a 6 month delay to citizenship.

My timeline is very short. Since passport canada is closed on weekends, I need to apply on a Monday and get it on Tuesday morning. Seems unlikely
Hi All,
I did my citizenship test and my tracker was updated on Dec 24 as completed; Since, then, I didn't hear anything. Is it normal?

You need a passport on a weekend or statutory holiday (emergencies only)
Submit your application
Call us ahead of time at 1-800-567-6868 to find out how to submit the application. We answer the phone Monday to Friday
from 8:30 am to 5 pm (your local time)

except for statutory holidays
You must provide proof you need the passport.
Get information on emergency passport services outside these hours
Paying your fees
To get the weekend or statutory holiday service, you need to pay an additional $335 on top of the regular passport fees.
If you need the weekend or holiday service for your family members at the same time, you need to pay an urgent service fee of $110 per family member.
For example, if you apply for a 10-year passport for yourself and a 5-year passport for your child, the fees will be
$160 for your passport
$335 for your weekend or statutory holiday service
$57 for the child’s passport
$110 for the child’s urgent service

Honestly though if it's less stress just email them asap and ask to reschedule
