Can you share how the test email looks like? specifically the subject.
Would like to setup a rule on my inbox based on that.

For me it came from DN NGF Citizenship e-Apps.
Subject of the email was - Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada - Communication to client. In the body, the email started with Notice to Appear and continued as "You are invited to further the processing of your citizenship application by taking the Online Canadian Citizenship Test".

For those googling the error and outcomes, AOR 16th Sept. Unable to create tracker account until today, Nov 2. I filed a tech form reporting the error. Unsure if that helped.

I am also able to create now, based on your last email response from IRCC tech team, I again filled the webform and provided all Mentioned details now after your response I tried and it worked. All in progress for us as well.

Tried but getting same error. I raised 2 technical web forms but got standard replies
