guys i want to know my workpermit is expiring soon and it been over 5 months since my AOR will get FD before my wp expire. will they fast the process for that or not?
Don't wait for FD.
Apply for BOWP if your current Work Permit is expiring within next 90 days.
I think, if the FD doesn't come before the expiry, then you might be required to redo it. I've seen someone say they had to redo medicals on a thread here. If the FD comes before then, then they work hard to accelerate the process so you get your documents before then. What stage are you at right now?
I am at ADR stage right now.
Case analyst has marked my profile as Review Required on Jan. 24 and I got ADR on Feb. 3 which I submitted on Feb. 11.

I'm not a 100% caught up on this, but I know there is a temporary ircc public policy regarding Upfront medicals for PR applicants. So depending on who's handling the case, you might be required to redo the medicals or like someone responded on here, you may be eligible for an extension based on this policy.
Given the expiry date, if the officer handling your case is quick and all your documents are in order, they can fast track your FD and copr documents because of the deadline. However, IRCC continuously does whatever it likes so I would just bear in mind that it might be possible you would have to redo the medicals, but you could also qualify for an extension.

before 1 month you can apply but I think you will get your pr card by the time being as far as the processing speed i see right now.
Hi everyone, has anyone received an ADR asking for Proof of Residency? I understand that this proof is a part of the P1 process after a final decision has been made. However, I’m a bit confused because the IRCC is requesting this information while my eligibility and background verification are still in progress. I submitted the proof the same day; will they possibly ask for it again during the P1 process?
