It is with a heavy heart and a sorrowful pen that we announce the untimely demise of one who was known to us all, yet whose name shall no longer grace these pages with their presence. Our dearly departed, whose trials were many and whose patience was tested beyond measure, tragically passed before the long-awaited eCoPR could be issued—perhaps the greatest irony of all.
It is said that the waiting for such a document can stretch one's nerves to their very limits, but who among us could foresee that it might stretch them to the point of breaking? The weight of endless uncertainty, compounded by the gnawing ache of bureaucratic delay, led our poor soul to seek solace in excess—both in drink and in the embrace of medication. Alas, this final act of desperation proved fatal, and our dear departed left us far too soon.
Let this be a reminder to us all of the perilous nature of waiting, the unseen toll it takes on even the most resolute among us. One wonders, had the eCoPR arrived in time, would our dear friend still walk among us today? We shall never know.
May their passing serve as a cautionary tale for all who find themselves caught in the web of bureaucratic delay. Let us learn to cherish the moments we have, for none of us can ever know when our final chapter will be written.

Can i please know what to expect next? I haven't tried calling IRCC or raising web forms or any of that as it's still within the 5 month processing time mentioned online..
Did you raise a webform or do any of that...? I want to, but i haven't yet because my application is still within the 5 month framework and I don't want to get a generic response..

I didn’t , but someone else in the same situation called. They were told If you haven’t passed the 5-month mark, don’t worry. You just need to be patient. All stages are completed, and you’re waiting for an agent to finalize it.
When was your AOR date?
As I heard from someone that you get refusal within 2-3 months of AOR while if your application passed that 4+ month mark your chances of refusal are very less

From whatever knowledge I have gathered regarding PR process...
If the application is submitted as Incomplete or any documents are not submitted then the final decision (refusal) comes within 2-3 months.
But if everything is submitted and just in case a document is not aligned with IRCC guidelines, the application progresses as regular and Decision comes within usual timeline.
