For me ans well the Eligibility is completed in tracker on Nov 14.2024.
No update in IRCC profile though

Currently in tracker:
Biometrics: Completed
Medical: Completed
Background: In progress
Eligibility: Completed

For me too the eligibility section went from "not started" straight to "completed".

GCkey is a legacy software and will only get updated after you get your PR card! You're almost there! After background, it's gonna be either P1 if you're inland or RFV if outland!

There's no specific time tbh! MY background in tracker got updated on thanksgiving day (stat holiday). However, the date it was showing was October 11 for background being completed in tracker. At times, some VOs also work during weekends (mostly Saturday) and also stat holidays. Ten again, it completely depends on the officer!

Still too soon for September AORs to have FD! There might be some exceptional cases but then again, IRCC can surprise anyone they feel like!

As per the general trend, early Sept can expect by mid December for their files to start showing some actual progress

Security: In progress (If I remember correctly, from what the agent mentioned last time on Nov 5)
Eligibility: Not started (as of Nov 5)

I am hoping to get my FD before the end of Nov.

I was really hoping to see any update by mid November. Unfortunately, there has not been any since October 31st, the day my biometrics got updated. I would be optimistic if I see the guys with September 1 AOR getting FD by the end of this week or the next week.

EE French draw outland
0914 ITA
1017 AOR

I haven't received any update since AOR. No biometrics, no medical exam, nothing. I hate to be discouraging but I'm ready to not receive any update this year.
I know someone who got ITA the same day as me. She got AOR on 0924 and She received bil this morning (nov 19).
