Submitted everything that I had, Current Job Documents including Employment letter, pay stubs, T4 of last 2 years, this years last 6 paystubs.
For foreign work experience- 1 year 4 months : Employment letter, confirmation letter, Appointment letter and Payslips of last 4 months.

Other then this everything is educational, ECA and all has been submitted.

I just remember, I was asked to enter IELTS ref. number while creating the profile, so IRCC automatically gets the details of result shared by Organization directly. They never asked me to upload so I haven't provided. is this could be a problem ?

It just got clicked in my mind that, When I received my ITA, I have filled my part time work that was done during studies under work history and also I marked as studying full time in that history. After ITA I removed that while submitting file since it was asking for documents related to it and I was not claiming any points for the same, So removed it and did not impact my score, it remained same. What do you think, this could have made them to review required for eligibility ?

When we create file for express entry (Before ITA), it gives us points based on whatever we filled.
Once we subit our documents (After ITA), visa officer makes sure that every points we claimed are legit.

Your file might be in " Review Required " status due to error you explained.

No need to worry if points are calculated correctly.

Thanks, I hope this is the only reason for RR. Fingers crossed, waiting for positive outcome. I hope to see some progress soon
