Called IRCC on Sept. 16 for that. Agent told me about technical problem in IRCC portal. She told me that some candidates are getting that letter within 24 hours while for some candidates it might take couple of weeks.

My wife and I applied for our BOWP on August 24th and got the WP - Ext letter on August 26th. Don't stress over it. I'm sure it'll come soon!

Please is there any one who have received an invitation for biometric and IVM ? For those who has AOR early September 2024? Is almost close to 30 days that I am waiting for it

Not yet, I have the same timeline as you and I heard it takes anywhere between 40-55 days.
