Hello Guys ,

I have received my e certificate for citizenship download mail , but i havent got an oath ceremony invite or nothing had been updated on the tracker yet.
Please let me know if this is normal or is this a glitch i am experiencing and need to contact ircc.

You will receive ur oath invite soon. Happens before oath for some.

Oath: January 17th.

The ceremony date was updated on my tracker on Dec 23. But I have not got any email to download e-certificate or invitation yet.

November 28, 2023: AOR
December 20, 2023: test invitation (Dec 22, 2023 - Jan 21, 2024)

We are in the same boat. I sent a police certificat of my original country in my application (sent on Sept 19 and AOR on October 31) even if It's not obligatory since I came directly from my original country and have never left canada. I don't know what they are cheking exactly in my criminality status (Security is already done) hhhhhh . I don't know how many weeks the office need to get a canadian police certificate.

Hope we get the background check done soon! I don’t understand it either.
