It varies... going by what I've seen on this platform in the past 3 months, 3 - 14 days, mostly. Seen a few that took longer.

Is it 3 - 14 days after the date the tracker was updated as complete for the Citizenship test?
For instance, my tracker was updated today but my test was marked completed on Nov 30.
So it 3 - 14 days after Dec 2 or Nov 30?

I would say November 30.

@Godsdaughter I hope it is quick for you! My test was written Oct. 30th, marked complete Oct. 31st (showed on tracker Nov 2nd). Silence since then. LPP has been "in progress" since I was able to access tracker and oath is not yet started. So, today is a month since last tracker update. Vancouver office.

Is Vancouver office the same as West? Have you called IRCC?

Is Vancouver office the same as West? Have you called IRCC?

@Godsdaughter thank you for your wishes of movement on my application. I don't have the email address in front of me that the test came from but I remember the letters in it made me think it stood for downtown Vancouver. It was not the West email address many mention. Hope you hear quickly! When I called IRCC to ask a question about how I could pick e-cert now when on the application I had marked paper, I asked for a general status update. They just said it all looked good and I would hear something in the future. What I'd hear or when was not specified. Though I did not expect them to provide that.
