Hi all,

I have applied for online citizenship for my kids on 19th September and i received email confirmation for successful submission. I have not received AOR yet but the issue now i can't access my online citizenship account with error:
The email or password you entered is invalid or your account
was deleted. Try again or reset your password
I tried to reset my password but didn't work then i tried to create new account using same email which i used to submit my application and account was successfully created but has no record of submitted application.

I am afraid now that my submitted application has been deleted especially i didn't receive AOR and i couldn't access the account which i used to submit my application

I don't know what to do now please help me what to do!!

You should have got the submission confirmation copy downloaded. Please try reaching the contact center with that document.

I had 3 GU the last few days, oct 27,31 and nov 1st. So far only BG complete on oct 30th ,maybe test will change for in progress for me tomorrow

The tracker was last updated on 1 November, but the status is the same (LPP in progress, test and oath - not Started). Does this seem normal?

I am a bit concerned because there are several people whose BG is not completed for months and even years, and because of that the application gets stuck.

I see in August thread, there are few people who completed the test and after a week background gets complete.

Hi, submitted Citizenship application online on September 8th.

Didn't receive an email confirmation to say it had been submitted, but did get to the final confirmation page of the application. A friend who submitted his at the same time is in the same situation. Neither have received AOR (according to CIC's own tracker they are processing week of Sept 9th applications, others in the spreadsheet are much further ahead).

Any one also not get the confirmation email? Called IRCC today, and they don't see it in the system yet.

Any ideas?
