Third party. I was told it’ll take 2-4 weeks for the officer to receive it

Like you and everyone here, I am at the mercy of the IRCC. How long it takes is up to them.

That said, I would wager it won’t be long.

No, that's not a rule as we've seen many cases of updates that were not preceded by a ghost update.

I have had 3 GUs so far on different days,... I got actual update after two of them and the dates were corresponding to GUs dates.

I had Test invitation without Background check completed.

I believe it's Mississauga also. Is it MISRN.IRCC? I haven't got Finger print request, hopefully my last biometric is not expired yet.
