Morning! We got a ghost update today as well. Eligibility and BG check still haven't started as per PR Tracker. Sept 2 paper applicant (Ottawa VO). Hopefully one of these days ghost update will actually update something.

Another Ghost update on PR tracker for Feb 16. Now it’s showing Eligibility status has been updated to In progress but still background verification says not started. On GC Key profile eligibility was in progress since Dec 13.

Already applied for Visitor visa so no Biometric request needed
Medical Request 13th Dec
Spousal Approval 14th Dec
Medical Submitted on 20th Dec
Received few ghost updates on Feb 1,8,9,14,15 & on 16th Feb before getting Eligibility status into In progress on PR Tracker even though it was changed on my GCKEY account from 13th Dec on wards
For Visa Office-The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to the visa office for further processing. So can’t say VO. Could be NDVO or inside Canada
