Background check : in progress since 2 months both on gc key and pr portal

can someone please tell me how much time it takes approx for recieving PR after acceptance of quebec selection certificate?
also how to contact IRCC or any other agent regarding my application status

Hey guys got a question, in hm GCKEY it updated today stating my application is approved and something about counterfoil stating my spouses visa. Does this mean her passport has been stamped ?? And it’s finalized? we sent her passport out about one week today.

How long does it take for the Delhi Visa Office to stamp the passport? I submitted my passport via VFS on the 9th of June, and the tracker shows it has been with the IRCC since the 13th of June.
