What are the next steps and how long it will take now? Any body with the same timeline?

I have about the same timeline, we got AOR the same day. I think now we just wait for background, eligibility and PPR.

No yet, I will do it next week if we don't hear from them.

Of curiosity, I sent a message to IRCC on Twitter asking where my application is and now I got an email telling me my application got returned along with UCI. I had a feeling about that because I was a bit confused about my 2 children who are Canadian citizens. Some forms were too confusing, so I accidentally included them. The letter mentions it misses many details, especially about my 19 years son (needs her forms and PCC etc). Now, I will need to fix those mistakes and resubmit but it means I won't be a September 2022 applicant anymore.

I did it myself but around the date of submission when they are transitioning to online only, there was quite a confusion about that due to the wording related to dependent children. I checked back the application and I see the wording isn't fixed but remember I shouldn't include my children in IMM0008 so I removed them. I will do more checking later tonight and do some search to ensure I put the proper information. This happens just because my wife has a daughter who will be included in the application and things get complicated.

We are still waiting to learn which VO is processing our application. Should be New York or LA but recently US apps have been going through Ottawa. Not sure why as they recently re-opened LA after Covid.
