Depends how far you located. In your case there is a long weekend coming in between. Mine was sent on 17th got it yesterday. So not really 2 weeks it takes

I think you should be fine. As soon as you get your certificate go for urgent processing. It's 1 business day processing.

I think most NGF oath ceremonies provide e-cert option lately.

Yeah mine was same. But I guess since I live very close to their office that is why I got it. Yours should come latest by Monday or Tuesday
