What are my next steps? I am waiting to get a reply on my email, on which BTW I do not have big hopes.

Please don't suggest on "waiting" because that is something I already know and I already am doing.

Any other advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

took my ceremony yesterday and requested for e certificate. This morning I received an email to register to download, when I registered it says I have to wait 2-5 business days. 2nd day is tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

Did you register a new account in IRCC using the email account you used to submit citizenship application ? I didn't login to IRCC after I got my PR card. Don't remember the username and password.

QQ : Is it okay to provided citizenship application #/UCI in our email? Or should we only provide our full names?

When I contacted my MP I put all relevant info in the body of the email and explained the situation (including UCI number). They replied with a doc to complete to give them permission to seek information on the file on my behalf which also asked for UCI & application number. You also need to send photo ID to prove your location that you are within their constituency when you return the signed doc to them.

I would say also do mention that there has been applications submitted after yours that has been processed and you are still waiting. Just so they don't come back with the same explanation of "within processing time"
