I was reading through the entire citizenship process yesterday and came to find out that if there is no update after test completion within 4-6 months, then the file becomes non-routine. So I am guessing with this kind of speed, pretty much every SCR file is gonna get non routine.
I know!! I don’t know what is taking them too long. Just be done with it. People has some plans. I don’t want to be worrying around to take the test or oath ceremony if I am outside Canada

It shouldn't 'become' non-routine if they don't complete it within that time, they suspect that 4-6 is average after test and if it takes longer that it may be non-routine. They wouldn't just make your application non-routine because it is taking longer, it is the other way around.
