What is the meaning of Decision Made on ECAS? My friend passed the test last month and his ECAS changed to Desition Made but LPP are in progress.

What is the meaning of Desition Made on ECAS? My friend passed the test last month and his ECAS changed to Desition Made but LPP are in progress.

Meaning they have already made the decision and tracker will be shortly updated marking LPP Completed.

One guy got Oath scheduled for april 27. I asked him if he is sure about his office as Scarborough and he confirmed that it is Scarborough. Please check my comment too in august group
