Yup that is true. Definitely lottery system. I was blown away when I saw someone from Nov applicant list getting oath invite in less then 2 months of processing period while some people from pre and post Covid period are still waiting.
Okay I know this is just nerves talking but - is there a or any chance that the application may get denied even if all the steps except 'Citizenship Oath' are marked as complete?

I gave the test on Feb 21, Test was marked completed yesterday. However for my spouse, we requested for oral format of the test as she has low-eyesight and can't take the test onscreen. On Feb 17th they stated that an officer will get in touch, still waiting and test window expires on Mar 14th. All of reminders have gone unanswered. We are waiting and stuck. Any ideas?

No, once all is completed u should expect oath email. At least I called today regarding my file & d agent told me just to wait for oath taking. She then confirmed once all steps are marked as completed it means all d requirements were met. No stage will be marked as complete if d agent cannot verify them.
