You should raise a webform under technical issues for this discrepancy in your tracker vs FP request e-mail. Send screenshots and snippets of the FP letter. They need to fix this... If you don't raise a ticket, they will never fix it. It could happen to other people too...
If they send a generic response, open webform again and again
Already, this new tracker is 48 hours behind GCMS... I can't believe they have designed a system where they can not keep two databases in sync in realtime
They have fixed log-in or account creation issues... There are no guarantees with IRCC...
At least, the Technical team should know that some accounts are not synchronising with GCMS properly. More people complaining = more attention paid to the problem at hand
Do they update the FP request in the tracker (https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca)? For me, nothing changed in the tracker but i received an email requesting the FP. there is no mention of FP request in my online tracker.
I have given my fingerprints on 14th Jan via an accredited agency , then i have sent an email on 5th Feb ( almost 3 weeks) to RCMP and today is almost 4 business and haven't heard back from RCMP yet .
What options do i have in case RCMP doesn't respond to the email inquiry ? I just want to to know if IRCC received fingerprints or not?

If you check the FP request in sheet almost all get updated within 2-3 weeks of once fingerprints provided , once it’s done BG completed . We don’t have a way to track either on tracker not RCMP is responding on inquiry . I don’t think it’s ok to just wait and see what happens . I think I will try the We form route as advised .
