Is anyone there who is still facing the issue to register for an online tracker? I am getting the below error (in the double quotes) every time and it's been 3 weeks since AOR. Any suggestion? Tried below steps already

1) I tried incognito mode, cleared cache with hard reload, changed browser, changed laptop with different network but still the same error

2) Tried forgot password step as well but it gives the same error

"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet"

when an agent open your application you get a "ghost update"

Not exactly opens an application but makes an update to the file which will most likely be visible few days later as a status change or in some cases no change at all depending on what has been updated.

No email, just a date change in tracker. That’s the reason it’s called a ghost update, you wouldn’t even know if you did not notice a change in date on top.

Your definition is correct for a PR application, while for a citizenship application, @hope2018 has explained it well.
