This has happened occasionally but they eventually get resolved after a month or a few months but mostly by the test time.

Are both ecas and the new tracker not working for you?

If it doesn't work after 1 week of getting AOR. It's worth trying what I did my friend just confirmed that worked for him as well

Great, this is a good sign, it is a ghost update, and it means they are working on your file. Soon you will get an update, mostly on Background check

Finally received the AOR, so so happy, but so far received only 1 email for me, no email for my spouse and kid. I should be getting 3 emails, right?

Application Courier Date :- September 17th, 2022
Application Delivered : September 20, 2022
Application type (paper based/ Online) :- Paper Based
Application: Family (3)
City:- Waterloo, Ontario
Days in Canada:- 1169
AOR:- November 1, 2022

@admin Please update the tracker, I was able to register in the tracker & ecas. It currently shows “In Progress” and “Application Received” respectively.

Hey guys, I still waiting for kids AOR, I got AOR Nov 1, but they didn't send for kids. I am worry about the Group number on the corner of AOR letter it starts with 2 , does it mean family of 2? Maybe they lost kids application

Our group number starts with 1...and the application is for one adult and 2 children (family of 3)...maybe this number corresponds to the number of adults in the group?
The AOR email in itself is not important...it's just for peace of mind and for you to know application number...
You can give them a call check on the kids's applications and ask them for Thier application numbers

Ecas has been working since day 1. Application Received status.
The new tracker I haven't been able to register for.

I too think the same way, mine is a family application with 2 adults & 1 kid, my group number starts with 2-
