just happened to view last few tabs of the tracker file, receipt-to-AOR was taking 3 - 6 months, even 10 months some time ago (a week or two these days). and AOR-to-inprocess too was taking months n months (a day or 2 these days). we should thank our stars that we didn't qualify or didn't initiate our citizenship process in 2020 or 2021, those guys just applied a year or two before us, but have timelines that are coinciding with 2022 applicants.
Before online applications it used to mean the application was sent from the Sydney office to your local office and background check is complete (most of the time) and your local office has started processing your application.
These days it's mostly same as the AOR date or the following day.
Follow these steps if you are unable to register follow the workaround. This worked for me and my Wife.
1) Open this link https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/forgot
2) Enter your UCI and Application number.
3) It will send reset code to your email.
4) enter that code and create new 14 digit password.
5) Now it will allow you to login with UCI and new password.
This should work for people who have submitted application online. Can someone please confirm who submitted paper application.

I'm not sure what's going on but too many people have issues creating accounts on new tracker (including myself) I'm seeing a lot more people reporting same issue "It may be that your clients application is not in our system yet"
I will keep you guys updated on what happens with my new "Technical difficulties" ticket.
What does it mean group number on the AOR letter. It starts with a number .is that number shows the quantity of people in the one application? Or no just a file number?
