Thanks, I mark 72 hours today @10am since AOR email. Hopefully on Monday will be able to register, may be hypothesis of 72 hour would work, or may be it will be a working day, if not in system should be inserted by officers, just a guess lets see!

I received my AOR on the 10th of NOV 2022, but still can't create the tracker account. Does anybody know why it happens? get the same error ------Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet. ----
I received earlier another email again about following the process of my citizenship grant on the new tracker, yet I still can't register on it; on ECAS it shows the same information. It's so frustrating, I already sent an online tool inquiry about it back on the 17th of Nov, waiting for their response.

I looked for the link to send them feedback about their online tools letting them know I had received AOR on Nov 3rd, but wasn't able to check any info on the new tracker, just on ECAS. I wonder if these automated messages have to do with a representative opening your file or something, who knows?!? If anyone knows anything about these emails please give us some info. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, seems like more and more people are hitting this issue. If you can submit a ticket on the web form it might give them an indication of how prevalent it is. I submitted a few times already but no response so far.

My 3 webforms returned with same canned response. It is unbelievable lol. I tried putting it all different ways. bullet points, simple sentences, name/value pairs for issue and what I'm looking for. Same old same old response.

I have a question if say i have sent my Application on : Sep 09, 2022 duly signed and went to vacation for 4 weeks and got back to Canada .Do i need to inform to IRCC ? Personally its not something need to be done as per my current awareness .
Also have already given consent in application where IRCC would connect to CBSA for in/out of the country for presence validation .
Thoughts please
