I believe so, as they might get it from Sydney office where the RC-8090
I don’t know I am just speculating

My tracker says scheduled for citizenship oath, it will be on July 11th but I haven’t received the invitation yet.
LPP marked complete June 15th, Decision made same day, scheduled for oath on the 17th.

Looks like by mistake you have mentioned two different oath dates.
