September 2021 - Seneca College

I applied for Seneca College for September 2021 intake. Sent my application to Seneca College last November 3, 2020. Did I apply for it too soon? How many weeks to get the LOA and after getting the LOA may I apply for Study Permit around July 2021 or is that too late?

The suggestion is to apply for study permit as soon as you receive the LOA from college/university.
