I used the help desk number 888-242-2100, which I got with google.
I think it really does not matter. Just make sure the address is correct.
I would think the courier people deliver lots of packages to CPC sydney, and they know where these packages should go if your got your address right.

I'm so glad that I happened upon this site for the immigration process. Looking for a similar Q&A message board regarding moving to Canada, finding a doctor, taxation matters, etc. Perhaps an Expat site?? Anyone come across such a helpful site?
For whatever it’s worth, word was that people were writing that they were getting their acknowledgment to applications sent in March already months ago.
I called CIC today to inquire about my application sent in June (no acknowledgment received yet). The agent informed me that they are still sending out acknowledgments to applications received in February. He estimated that the processing to could take about a year after it has been acknowledged.
Remember, there are two forms with name 5669. One form is eIMM5669 and other is IMM5669.
If you have filled the eIMM5669, then typing the name was important I think because it is mentioned in the checklist and also above the signature. And also needs to be validated. This one is required with the package.
The other is IMM5669 form which is slightly different and newer version. The application package did not requested this form. And in this form, you can't type the name because the you can't type in the signature option.
However, I don't thing they will return the package just for this slight mistake as you have already signed it.

The agents don’t always have the right information lol. March applicants are getting acknowledgement. They have been saying “February” for the longest time.
Yes, you can. But, when you travel you need to show intent to leave (like a return airline tix etc). Keep in mind you'll also need to be able to prove the relationship to enter Canada while the boarder is closed to non-essential travel.

My guess based on the fact that, according to the Google spreadsheet linked in the first post, AOR is being sent out for March applicants now. And, the Canadian government is accelerating outland applications that the wait is under 6 months to receive your AOR. No idea how much sooner until more people get them.
Based on what I'm seeing in the threads applicants in July are getting temp file numbers if you call but that only serves to confirm they received the file and nothing else.
