DM showed up on ECAS for me on Saturday, no update to GCKey yet. Waiting on the copr email

I follow your case since nov 2020
I also applied inland spousal sponsorhip
We have same dates for every decision on both file
My ecas shows decision made on dec 8
They send me portal request in the evening 8dec
You must call the monday morning for portal email

I also have a dependent outside so not sure if that is the issue ..some others on here said it took 10-14 days to get the portal email so i will call as you suggested thank you

i cannot get through to the call centre i have been calling since 8.25am since Monday.. so i guess i will have to wait ... smh

I call them last tuesday around 12:30
It was 40 min wait time
Agent told me to wait 2 days for portal email
I got email at 3:30
Try around 12 noon
Most of time i connect with agent on tuesday
Monday is very busy fo call center
Keep calling

Thank you @ sami1234 YEAHHHH i received my email this afternoon to confirm my address and responded with my details so now i await the actual portal access email to enter my info .. hope that comes soon my guess by January i will have my actual card

If anyone could give me an advice on my situation
Applied for Inland Spousal sponsorship Oct 2020 to Mississauga . There was error. Received package back end of Feb returned in March 2021.
Received Confirmation email May 27 2021. Was issued temporary application number. Have not heard back its been 7 months. Was planning on call Mississauga center tomorrow. Any advice would be appreciated.
