Is it normal that I only had a request for passport copies but not fingerprinting at the time that I had my citizenship test? I saw many people have their application decided very soon after the test, but mine had been 3 or 4 months and it went completely quiet, and several of my friends were all called for interviews already. Feels kind of worrying.

HI Guys, does anyone had recent oath experience? how long it takes usually? in instructions, its mentioned 2-2:30 hrs.....

Hi All, its been a long wait. We submitted our application on 29 Sep 2020 and rec'd our AOR on 10 Jan 2021.
Since that time, my daughter and I have finished our citizenship tests and all the status for all our stages (online service)
show as "completed" except the oath ceremony which is not yet started.
This leaves my wife who was over 54 at the time of application.
Its only now that here language skills have been updated to "in progress" which BG, PP and Prohibitions have all been changed to completed.
Finally our 16 year old son, has language skills and physical presence "in progress" while BG and Pohibitions show as completed.
This morning we got an online update showing that my son and I are invited to an oath ceremony. However, my wife and daughter's status has remained unchanged, ie, they haven't rec'd an oath invitation. Are these occurrences normal?

ECAS: Decision made as of Feb 1
Citizenship interview on Jan 31 and post that all remaining items: Language Skills, Physical presence and Prohibitions have been changed to "Completed." No intimation yet on Oath ceremony. Any idea how long does it take for oath ceremony to get scheduled?

As normal as can be with IRCC.

We (adults) had passport copy requests, but no fingerprint requests and no interview calls. DM was about 3 months after the test. This is Mississauga office.

Nov 2021. Took about 2 hours.

I checked my status and everything is completed except prohibitions and oath ceremony. Prohibitions is In progress and Oath not started. Any idea how long the prohibitions take to get completed? And can I still expect passport copies request? At what stage of the application do they request the passport copies?

I wish I could help but I have problems too. The status checker shows everything except the oath ceremony as complete and I've taken the test, so I'm definitely in the system, but whatever means I use to try and log on to ecas i get the following message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

ECA says they started processing on December 11,2021
