I contacted the MPs office and they received a reply from IRCC and it confirmed that.
No idea after how long it took to get denied, since I initially believed that they accepted it, as it coincided with my citizenship exam date (I.e. I thought my urgent processing request triggered the citizenship test). But I had to learn the hard truth after weeks of silence.
I'm pretty sure my 2nd request will also get rejected, but I also have a much more solid reason this time (I recently qualified for a very specific training program at CAF).
I am from Saskatchewan, and it is radio silence here.

I dont understand why they even respond to ordinary status check webform requests but not bothered to inform in important ones such as urgent requests.
Possibly thinking that webform requests might get forwarded to local office and they reject it which no one bothers to track back to the webform to respond(or there is no way for local office to respond back to central team).
Yes, that was me.
No, I am still outside, but I can book a ticket to come once I have a date. I am fully vaccinated since more than 2 weeks, so my travel should be fine. Hopefully.
As per what others have posted in different threads, you can assume that the certificate is dispatched when you see the "Completed" status on your application.

The 2nd time, which was literally few days ago, I included links to the specific program, I outlined how I qualify and attached supporting documentations. I'll just hope for the best.
Received my invitation for Oath Ceremony for December 2nd. ECAS says it was changed on August 7th. Its now the 14th and I still haven’t received an official email about any details about the Oath Ceremony. ??? Anyways, glad I’m scheduled! Was hoping for something sooner as I contacted them about my father being very ill and that I wouldn’t be able to return to Canada without having a Canadian passport. My PR card expired last year & since I was applying for Citizenship I just didn’t renew it. This year just keeps getting better.
Just thankful I’ll be a citizen before the end of the year!
