You are not even eligible to apply for citizenship yet... you have to spend at least 2 years on PR, regardless how long you spent on temporary permits.

In that case, you're 45 days over the minimum lof 2 years as a PR. In total, as of today, you've spent 775 days as a PR.
And since your eligibility period starts on (a) October 3rd, 2015 while you were on a post-graduate work permit that ended on (c) July 28th, 2019 (but you became a PR before that date, on (b) April 24, 2018), so from (a) to (b) are 934 days that count as 50%. You thus have 467 days of eligibility.
For a combined total of 775 + 467 = 1242 days (largely > 1095).

You are mostly correct, with the exception that time before becoming a PR only counts up to a maximum of 365 days. So 775 + 365 in OP's case.
