I am a late comer here but still awaiting my AOR. Below are my details:
Application sent by UPS courier to CPC Sydney Nova Scotia: September 21st
Application delivered per UPS: September 24th
No email update or when I log in to the Client Application Status using my PR credentials. I am beginning to suspect if UPS lost my application coz there was an incident with UPS enroute for which an exception had to be opened, and then it updated as delivered the next day.

Yeah I just had a chat with them and they couldn't locate anything in their system and the lady said since it's been more than 6 months since application was delivered, it's most likely lost and the only option I have is to re-apply.
As I suspected, they are now processing "quicker" than one week. For the past 3 weeks (2nd/9th/16th) it was updated to 2 years back but today it now shows March 31st and April6th - under the 2 year timeframe.
I'm a data scientist so yes while this is a long way back, take heart in that whatever calculation is used to yield this number, it is not 100% accurate - meaning we all know they are processing applications after April 6th 2019. Their calculation does not take Covid into account is my guess. I expect the jump each week to increase over the next few months.

Thanks for sharing this information. One question though. What is meant by "We’re currently finalizing most applications we received between March 31 and April 6, 2019"? In 2019 tracker, many applicants from the subsequent months, April onwards, had their oath ceremony happened. I was under the impression that the oath ceremony & citizenship certificate handover is the last step in the whole process and the case gets closed. Is it not the case?
