The other factor is what is the attachment size? I believe there’s a limit. If your attachment (above limit maybe 5Mb) it will not received.
Typically in important attachments, I send to myself bcc to see at least it had been uploaded.
You'll receive an email in a few days. The email (or the attachment in the email) will have instructions on how to get it done.
Basically, you'll simply have to print the attachment that is sent with the email to an RCMP approved fingerprinting agency. Google "RCMP approved fingerprints near me" and you'll get a list of locations in your area.

Its received surely but local office didnt update the file yet with the incoming files hence central team just responded by looking at your record without contacting the local office on the matter.
yes webform takes time.
Local officer would have wondered how come he got (auto) reply in few mins with asked attachments
Not sure. Try sending a webform request to see if your documents were received by the office. I'd like to think mine is a one-off case but I could be wrong. See what response you receive and based on that, you can make a decision of whether you want to send your passport pages again via webform or not.

I have sent out a webform asking if they received my file, and attached it to the webform query in case they hadn't. Let's wait and see what tehy come back with.
