as long as you stayed in Canada after 2017 Aug and also to mentioned you have not stayed more than 6 months at one stretch or altogether in any one place out side Canada you don't need to give police certificate. ( in your case you are good and not required to police certificate)
Putting one week address in India wont impact your case. do mention in the application.
According to the latest trend we should expect an AOR in 5 to 6 months. Once you have an AOR (and an ID number) you can check your file progress in eCas.

So it just occurred to me to re-check everything and I realized that I forgot to write my and my wife's names on the back of the passport photos. The date and photo studio was stamped on the back, though.
How screwed am I? Everything else in the application is straightforward.

AFAIK and according to other threads I've read on this forum mistakes have nothing to do with getting AOR. They just do screening. No gaps, no missing required information and documents. You should use the Webform to correct any mistake or update any info.
However I guess that it depends of the gravity of the mistake. And since you have an UID now you can submit a case specific inquiry and inform them about the mistake that you committed.
Done!
