Just a casual update;

my friend with Aug 12 AOR got her COPR today!!
In fact she got a call from IRCC at 3:30pm today.
They asked her a couple of questions and then they confirmed that she got her PR.

The funny thing is she ordered her GCMS notes on Feb 15 as she completed her 6 months. She got her notes this morning. (which was useless though )

But yeah she got her PR in 7 months

Shouldn't they email or notify us that they will give us a call so we can keep our phone nearby while working?

She received it from IRCC. They told her how to go to Service Canada and update the SIN number and stuff.
And yeah luckily she has her phone on her while she got the call

I just want to share that I have finally received the COPR in my profile. There was no email sent or ghost updates, as always I was just checking my application status hourly and saw that it has changed to Approved.

I have the same AOR date, I don’t know what my status would be. Never called IRCC as 7 days more to go for 6 months completion.

Hope so. Mine was RCMP. And the status shows NA since mid feb. worries about that a bit.
