Yes, I usually face this issue but keep on trying, you will get through it in 4-5 attempts.

Hey Guys, So I had also completed 6 months today. Here is my status:-

- Aor- Sept 16,2020
- Cec Inland, no dependent
- Visa office- Ottawa
- Medical passed on Nov 3
- Biometrics done on Nov 26
- Criminality was passed two days after biometrics on Nov 28
- Info sharing is complete as well
- Eligibility was recommended pass on Feb 16
- Last call to Ircc on Feb 26.
- so far Security is the only stage that’s left. I don’t know if this has been initiated or not yet.

I had tried calling today but system is not connecting to an agent.

Just a casual update;

my friend with Aug 12 AOR got her COPR today!!
In fact she got a call from IRCC at 3:30pm today.
They asked her a couple of questions and then they confirmed that she got her PR.

The funny thing is she ordered her GCMS notes on Feb 15 as she completed her 6 months. She got her notes this morning. (which was useless though )

But yeah she got her PR in 7 months

All I can predict is workload and less agents working. Also, security is completed by another legal body so can’t say how long would it take.

Called IRCC yesterday, and man was the agent rude. First he said he won't be able to give me more info than what's on my online profile. When I said I have called before and received more specific updates, he put me on hold for 10 mins and then came back and said no changes since the last time I called (which was a month ago). I don't think calling every month for updates is too much, especially when I'm close to the 6 month mark.
