any idea what is this review required for item Client Information in GCMS notes (section - incoming docs/info) ?
As per this GCMS notes, my eligibility was not started however after 10 days, IRCC agent on call mentioned that it's in-progress

I was invited under PNP Express Entry and my AOR is 18 Sep 2020. At the time of my ITA, I had completed 12 months as a worker in Canada. My question is under which category will they process my application. PNP or CEC.

PNP, pretty sure of that!

Hopefully yours will be processed as CEC, since quite a few PNP guys are stuck with Sydeny CB01126 for nearly a year-CEC is much better in that situation!

Normally inland PNP should be pretty quick, what you need to do is to check whether you are with CB01126. Just relax if you are not assigned to this officer, you'll be fine.

I am a CEC-inland candidate with AOR-30 Sep and on a closed work permit. I have recently got a job offer from Toronto which I will be joining after getting my PR. My question is sending this job offer to the IRCC is beneficial as I have claimed 50 points for my current job and I am in Montreal too?
