I dont think this will impact your Canadian PR application. But I would declare that in my application if I were them.

Can we guess how much time it could take from here for Eligibility to be passed ?

Currently all time lines are off the charts due to COVID.

As per IRCC's annual 2019 annual report it takes 8-9 months for an application to process.

i have applied for GCMS notes on Nov 2nd 2020 but till now I didnt get notes. Do i need to worry about any red flag in my profile. Its been 2 months since i applied, please confirm.

The GCMS notes are requested under the Access to Information Act and there have been delays with all federal agencies across the board. It is nothing to do with your GCMS notes per se.

The delays in the Access to Information Act have been widely reported since the start of this year:

You will just have to wait it out. These delays are on account of multiple factors, ranging form limited staff, and office closures.

Also, the GCMS notes are processed under the Access to Information Act where as the processing of your application happens under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, they are different processes and done by different divisions of IRCC.

I think I may have answered one question incorrectly by saying 'No' whereas I was once denied Visitor Visa to the US for not showing enough proof of ties with the home country.
Considering that my application is already under process for almost 3 months now, is there anything I can do to save my application at this point? It'd be great if you could help.

You can always submit a webform and let them know but also note that not only you are stuck due to Covid19 many applicants have the file stuck including me who applied on 5th September 2020.

Thanks. I just sent a CSE as suggested in other threads in this forum with a message. I'm not really worried about the timeline though, just wanted to avoid possible refusals. My file is in Ottawa too!

Thanks for the quick reply. I just sent a CSE explaining what happened with my US visa refusal. I wrote my message in the 'Query' section with 1500 characters limit and did not attach any document. I hope this will suffice.

I only attached Work Reference Letter and T4 from my 1st employer. Now I have received whole pay stub history from the employer. Should I raise a webform and submit the document? I am a CEC Inland applicant. AOR September 19, 2020. BIO, Med passed.
